The Big Dipper

1 (15-ounce) can Hormel Chili No Beans

1 (10-ounce) can diced Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies (drained), reserving 1 Tablespoon for garnish

1½ cups (approximately 8-ounces) Velveeta cheese, cubed

½ cup sliced green onion

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat just until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Serve warm with assorted raw vegetable dippers such as carrots, celery and broccoli, toasted French bread slices and tortilla chips. Garnish dip with reserved tomatoes, red pepper and additional green onion, if desired. Yield: 4 cups.
