Chili Con Queso Dip

½ pound ground beef
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 (10-ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

Brown and crumble ground beef. Pour beef into colander and rinse with hot water to remove as much fat as possible; drain well.

Melt Velveeta cheese in top of a double boiler or in the microwave. Add tomatoes with green chilies, and ground beef. Stir well to mix. Continue heating until cheese is thoroughly melted and all ingredients are mixed together.

Serve in a heated dish with corn chips or tortilla chips.

NOTE: The dip can be refrigerated and reheated for later use.
