Hungarian Surprises

1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
2 loaves Pepperidge Farm party rye
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown sausage and ground beef in separate skillets. Drain in colander; rinse well under hot water to remove as much of the grease as possible. Put both meats in a saucepan. Break up cheese into meat. Slowly melt cheese and then add seasonings. Spread on bread slices and sprinkle with paprika. May be frozen on cookie sheets and then stored in zip lock bags in the freezer. Bake frozen at 350° F for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 50.
