Cheese Biscuits

4 cups all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2-sticks) margarine, softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1½ cups milk

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and margarine in a mixer. Add cheese and milk; combine with a dough hook. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll to ¾-inch. Cut out with floured cutters. Bake at 375° F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Note: These freeze well. Yield: 3 dozen biscuits.
