1 egg, lightly beaten plus enough water to make a total of 8.75 ounces of liquid
1½ teaspoon Kosher salt
1 Tablespoon (0.5 ounces) olive oil
1 Tablespoon (0.6 ounces) honey
1 ounce miller's bran
12.3 ounces bread flour
¾ teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients, in the order lised into the pan of bread machine. Program the machine for regular cycle. Adjust the dough's consistency with additional flour or water, as necessary. Allow the machine to complete its cycle. Yield: 1 one-pound loaf.
