Rosemary Italian Rolls (Bread Machine)

1 cup water
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons white sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 Tablespoon dried Rosemary, crushed
2½ cups bread flour
1½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Place ingredients in the pan of a bread machine in the order listed. Select the dough cycle; press start. At the end of the dough cycle, remove the dough from the pan of the bread machine to a floured surface. Scale the dough into 2-ounce balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to rise until doubled in size, about one hour.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand until cool. Yield: 10 to 12 rolls.
