Royal Society Yorkshire Pudding

½ cup all purpose flour
1 egg, at room temperature
¼ cup milk, at room temperature
¼ cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt

About one hour before cooking, combine all ingredients; beat with whisk until smooth. Let sit.

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Spoon mixture into hot, well greased Yorkshire Pudding pans. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 4 Yorkshire Puddings.
