Ten-Grain Bread Machine Bread

1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar, packed
¾ teaspoon sea salt
2½ cups white flour, unbleached
½ cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons rolled oats
2 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoon 10-grain cereal
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon semolina
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vital wheat gluten
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon milk powder
1¼ cups warm water (110 � 115° F)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1½ Tablespoons yeast, active dry

Measure first nine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. With a fork, mix dry ingredients until well blended.

Add water and olive oil to the bread machine. Add mixed dry ingredients and yeast. Set bread machine to basic white bread or medium setting. Turn on machine. Yield: One 1½ lb loaf.
