Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 cup milk, at room temperature
¼ teaspoon salt

About one hour before cooking, combine all ingredients; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Let sit.

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Spoon mixture into hot, well greased Yorkshire Pudding pans. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 8 Yorkshire Puddings.

NOTE: This recipe can easily be cut in half. To achieve a bowl effect, place large cookie sheet on the rack under the Yorkshire Pudding. Cook as directed above.
