Melt chocolate candy coating and chocolate morsels in a large double boiler, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, cereal and peanuts; stir until coated. Pour mixture into a well greased 12-inch pizza pan or aluminum foil lined 9 x 13 oblong pan; sprinkle with M&M's.

Melt vanilla candy coating with oil in a heavy saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, stirring often. Drizzle over pizza. Let cool at room temperature until firm. Cover and store at room temperature. Cut into wedges or squares. Yield: 20 servings.
