Chocolate Peanut Clusters

½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon shortening
1 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts

Place milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and shortening in top of double boiler. Melt over simmering water, just until chips and shortening are melted. Stir in peanuts.

Drop by teaspoons into 1-inch diameter candy papers. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store in airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield: 2 dozen.
