Christmas Wreaths

20 ounces white chocolate, broken into pieces*
1 teaspoon green liquid food coloring*
5 cups cornflakes
3 Tablespoons or miniture red M&Ms

Line 2 cookie sheets with parchament paper and coat with non-stick spray.

Melt chocolate in microwave or top of double boiler over simmering water; stir until smooth. Stir in food coloring, then stir in corn flakes until evenly mixed.

Drop by generously rounded Tablespoon using 2¾-inch cookie cutter to form the round. Dip a chopstick in warm water, stick down in center of each mound, and make circular motions until you create a hole and a wreath is formed. While still moist, arrange M&Ms to mimic holly berries, using 5 per wreath. Place sheets in refrigerator until wreaths are cooled and firm. Yield: 24 wreaths.

*May use green candy disks instead of white chocolate and food coloring.
