Melting Moments

1 cup margarine, softened
½ cup confectioners sugar
½ cup corn starch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 300º F.

Beat margarine until creamy. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in corn starch and flour. Shape into small balls and roll in coconut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1½ inches apart. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 3 to 3½ dozen cookies.
