Scoop out melon balls from cantaloupe and honeydew; place in 1 gallon zip lock bag. Add pineapple, watermelon balls, strawberries and mandarin oranges. Close bag and toss gently. Combine wine, Grand Marnier and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves (if sugar does not dissolve, heat in the microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds). Pour mixture into zip lock bag; securely fasten bag. Chill for at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, transfer fruit mixture to a large decorative bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
