Stabilized Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 Tablespoons Wilton Piping Gel
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine whipping cream and confectioners' sugar in a large chilled bowl. Beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add piping gel and vanilla extract. Continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat.
