Grilled Burgers

1 pound lean ground beef (93/7)
1 pount lean ground turkey (97/3)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 package Italian dressing mix
¾ cup plain bread crumbs
2 large eggs, lightly beaten, or ½ cup Egg Beaters
Olive Oil

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into eight six-ounce burgers. Lightly brush olive oil on one side. Place olive oil side down on a hot grill. Brush the other side with olive oil. Grill until fully cooked. Yield: 8 servings.
