Key Lime Pie

½ cup Key lime juice
1 (15-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6 egg yolks
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Cool whip

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Combine lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks in a medium bowl. Beat thoroughly. Set stand a few minutes; pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate. When thoroughly chilled, top with cool whip. Yield: One 9-inch pie.
