Chris' Turkey Meat Loaf

2½ pounds ground turkey (97% lean)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup oats
2 eggs
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. mix well with potato masher and large spoon; potato masher, spoon to turn, potato masher, spoon to turn, potato masher, spoon to turn. In a shallow baking pan, form into a loaf. Bake meat loaf in oven 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
