Layered Club Salad

4 cups shredded lettuce
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed and uncooked
1½ pounds boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup green onions
1½ cups mayonnaise |
In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, peas, chicken, bacon and green onions. Spread mayonnaise on top. Refrigerate overnight. Yield: 8 servings. |
