Mustard Horseradish Sauce

1½ cups mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1½ Tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
½ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature with roast. Yield 2¼ cups.
