Green Bean Casserole

1 (10¾-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 (14-ounce) cans green beans, drained
½ cup milk
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 (2.8-ounce) can Durkee French Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a 1½ quart casserole dish.

Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. With a whisk, blend until smooth. Pour beans into casserole dish. Pour in soup mixture; stir carefully to mix. Cook at 350º F for 30 minutes. Top with Durkee French Fried Onions and cook 5 to 10 minute longer, until onions begin to brown slightly. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
