1. Drain and rinse the black beans.

2. Drain the corn.

3. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt; let sit for 20 minutes. Drain well.

4. Add veggies to a large bowl.

5. Add salt, pepper and lime juice. Stir to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend together.  Serve with tortilla chips.
