Gather your Ingredients.

Add sausage ingredients to food processor fitted with steel blade.

Process sausage ingredients for 50 seconds.

Roll puff pastry into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle.

Cut puff pastry in half length-wise. Place roll of sausage down center of each piece.

Bring sides of puff pastry together to enclose sausage. Pinch puff pastry to seal.

Cut each sausage roll into four pieces. Transfer to baking sheet.

Cut diagonal slits in each sausage roll; brush with egg wash.

Bake sausage rolls at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
