Sweet, crunchy & totally addictive!
Add water, sugar and cinnamon to pan over medium heat. Whisk together.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add almonds.
Cook and stir the mixture until all of the liquid evaporates and leaves a crystalized coating on the almonds.
Pour the almonds onto parchment lined baking sheet. Allow to cool 15 minutes. For an added crunch, bake in oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
