Four Simple Ingredients
Steam potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until small knife just penetrates potato.

Melt butter over medium low heat; let sit 5 minutes.

Carefully pour off clarified butter; set aside.

Remove the peeling from potatoes.

Grate potatoes with box grater.

Add salt and pepper to grated potatoes; toss to coat.

Add potatoes to heated clarified butter; cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

Flip onto plate; return remaining clarified butter and potatoes to pan.
