Add egg and water to equal 10 ounces total to bread machine pan.

Add butter, salt, brown sugar, oats, bread flour and yeast to bread machine pan. Process on dough cycle.

When dough cycle finishes, transfer dough to floured surface.

Form dough into 12 equal sized balls.

Place half of dough balls on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten with hand. Let rise covered until double in size. Repeat with remaining dough balls.

Remove cover. Spritz rolls with water. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Remove rolls from oven.

Fold kitchen towel for bread basket.

Serve rolls in bread basket.
