Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • heavy duty oven-proof clips

Ingredients

  • 17.8 oz boxed brownie mix That makes an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan
  • c unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ c heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 24 Christmas Oreo's
  • 2-16 ½ oz slice and bake chocolate chip cookie dough
  • red and green M&M's
  • holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl add brownie mixture, melted butter, heavy cream, and large eggs. Stir until everything is well combined. Set aside.
  • Line the entire inside of the baking dish with parchment paper, so that there is some overhanging the sides. Use the heavy-duty oven-proof clips to secure the parchment.
  • Place both packages of cookie dough in the bottom of the prepared baking dish and press out evenly with your hands until the entire bottom of the pan is covered.
  • Next, place the Oreo's in a single layer on top of the cookie dough - four across and six down - pressing slightly into the cookie dough.
  • Then pour the prepared brownie batter on top of the Oreo's and spread evenly to cover the entire surface.
  • Next, top with red and green M&M's and holiday sprinkles.
  • Bake in a 350°F oven for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for several hours until it reaches room temperature. The clips can be removed when they are cool to the touch.
  • To remove the brownies from the pan grab the overhanging parchment paper and lift them out. Carefully remove the parchment from the sides and bottom of the brownies and transfer to a large cutting board and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  • Yield 24 pieces.
