Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Dried Chives
  • ½ tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • ¾ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¾ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Regular Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • ½ c Sour Cream
  • 2 tbs Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 c Buttermilk

Instructions

  • Add dried chives, dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried onion flakes, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Then, using a small whisk or fork, stir them together to combine. Set aside until ready to use.
  • In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream, the herb mixture, pickle juice, and half of the buttermilk.
  • Then, use an immersion blender to combine everything together.
  • Once everything is well blended, add the rest of the buttermilk and use a whisk to combine.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
  • Yield 3 cups.
