  • Immersion Blender
  • Large Bowl

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • ½ c Sour Cream
  • ¾ c Buttermilk
  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tap Black Pepper
  • 8 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles divided


  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the blue cheese crumbles to a large bowl.
  • Use an immersion blender to combine everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the remaining blue cheese crumbles. Stir with a rubber spatula to combine them with the dressing.
  • Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Yield 3 ½ cups.
