- 1 c Mayonnaise
- ½ c Sour Cream
- ¾ c Buttermilk
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tap Black Pepper
- 8 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles divided
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the blue cheese crumbles to a large bowl.
Use an immersion blender to combine everything together until smooth and creamy.
Add the remaining blue cheese crumbles. Stir with a rubber spatula to combine them with the dressing.
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
