These are the ingredients that you need to make this delicious treat! You probably already have them on hand.

Add the kernels to a paper bag. Fold the top three times and microwave with the fold down on the popcorn setting.

Transfer popcorn to wire rack set inside of a rimmed baking sheet. This allows you to remove the unpopped kernels.

Add the popped corn to a large bowl and add the toasted pecans on top. Do not stir at this point. The pecans should stay on top.

Bring butter, brown sugar and salt to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and boil undisturbed and uncovered for 5 minutes.

Add bourbon and baking soda. Stir for about a minute or until all ingredients are incorporated into the caramel.

Pour the caramel over the popcorn and pecans. Stir the mixture to coat the popcorn and pecans with the caramel. Don't worry if some of the popcorn or pecans are not coated.

Transfer the coated popcorn and pecans to a disposable aluminum roasting pan. Evenly spread the mixture.

Place pecan praline popcorn into a preheated 250°F oven for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes remove from oven and stir the mixture.

Transfer the Bourbon Pecan Praline Popcorn to  parchment paper to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
