- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt (See Tip 1)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika (See Tip 2)
- 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid or a bowl.
Secure the lid and shake the contents to combine. Alternatively stir or whisk the ingredients to combine.
Store covered in a cool location for up to 6 months
If desired, package in spice jars for gifting (Optional)
Yield: Approximately ½ cups
- If using table salt instead of Kosher salt, reduce the amount by 25% or to 1 ½ tablespoons.
- For smoky undertones, substitute smoky paprika for the sweet paprika.
