Equipment

  • 5 or 6 quart Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Apricot Preserves
  • 1 ½ c Honey Barbecue Sauce1
  • 28 oz Frozen Meatballs (½ oz size)

Instructions

  • Pour apricot preserves and honey barbecue sauces into the crockpot, and use a whisk to combine.
  • Add the Lit'l Smokies and frozen meatballs, stir well to coat in the sauce. Place the lid on the crockpot and heat on high for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so to prevent burning.

  • Yield 16 servings

Notes

  1. I used Sweet Baby Ray's.
  2. If you're not serving right away, reduce the heat to warm and maintain that heat through serving.
