- 12 oz Apricot Preserves
- 1 ½ c Honey Barbecue Sauce1
- 28 oz Frozen Meatballs (½ oz size)
- 14 oz Lit'l Smokies drained
- 20 oz Canned Pineapple Chunks in 100% juice; drained
Pour apricot preserves and honey barbecue sauces into the crockpot, and use a whisk to combine.
Add the Lit'l Smokies and frozen meatballs, stir well to coat in the sauce. Place the lid on the crockpot and heat on high for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so to prevent burning.
Add the drain pineapple to the crockpot, stir with the meatballs and smokies. Replace the lid and heat for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to warm and serve.2
Yield 16 servings
