Tips/Notes
I used my Ninja Crispi Pro, but feel free to use your own air fryer - quantities and time, however, may vary.
Use a sturdy tortilla chip.
My go-to taco meat: 1 pound ground beef browned, crumbled, and drained, 1 package taco seasoning, 10.5-ounce Rotel Original Tomatoes and Green Chilies, and ½ cup water. Combine all ingredients; cover and cook for 30 minutes over medium-low to medium heat, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Pre-shredded cheese works well in this recipe.
May substitute your favorite nacho cheese.
I used heavy-duty nonstick aluminum foil to line the air fryer bowl.
