  • Food Processor with Steel Blade

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce) unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
  • Process for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl; process for 15 additional seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve at room temperature with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or assorted crudites.
  • Yield: 2 cups.
