- 1 lb Pizza Dough (I used rolled out ready to use store-bought pizza dough)
- 4 oz Finely Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
- ½ c Mini Pepperoni (60 slices)
- ¼ c Pizza Sauce
- 12 slices Cracker-Cut Cheddar Cheese optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two half-sheet pans with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll out pizza dough on a pastry mat or lightly greased surface.
Cut out the dough with a 4-inch Christmas Tree Cookie Cutter. Carefully transfer the cut dough to the prepared baking sheets, taking care to maintain the shapes of the trees. Brush the tops of the trees with pizza sauce, using a silicone basting brush.
Sprinkle one to two teaspoons of finely shredded Italian five cheese blend on top of the sauce.
Place five mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, leaving the top of the tree empty. Bake in 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes.
While the pizzas are baking, use a mini-star cookie cutter to cut 12 stars out of cracker-cut cheddar cheese slices.
Remove from the oven and immediately place a cheddar cheese star at the top of the pizza trees. Allow the pizza trees to cool slightly, as well as the cheese stars to melt.
Serve warm with a side of extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Yield 12 servings.
