Equipment

  • 6 ounce champagne flute
  • Pipette

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ ounces chilled freshly squeezed and strained orange juice, preferably from Cara Cara oranges (See Tip 1)
  • 1 ½ ounces chilled Sparkling White Grape Juice
  • ½ teaspoon grenadine

Instructions
 

  • Add orange juice and sparkling white grape juice to a 6-ounce champagne flute.
  • Using a pipette or small spoon, slowly add the grenadine down the inside edge of the glass. (See Tip 2)
  • Serve immediately.

Tips/Notes

  1. Cara Cara oranges were available in my locale at Publix, Walmart, Sams, and Aldi.
  2. I purchased the pipette from Michaels. Its capacity was 3 ml, which was the perfect amount for the grenadine.
