- 1 ½ cups (7.5 ounces, 213 grams) frozen sliced peaches (See Tip 1)
- 1 cup (8 ounces, 227 ml) milk (See Tip 2)
- 3 Tablespoons (2 ounces, 57 grams) Peach spreadable fruit (See Tips 3 and 4)
Add the frozen peaches, milk, and peach spreadable fruit to the blender.
Secure the top; purée for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy. (See Tip 5)
Transfer mixture to two glasses and serve.
Yield: 2 servings.
- Avoid frozen peaches packed in syrup. They will make the smoothie too sweet.
- I used whole milk, but you can use 2%, skim, almond, oat, or soy milk as a substitute.
- I used Polaner All Fruit Peach Spreadable Fruit.
- You can substitute peach preserves. However, the peach preserves will likely be sweeter than the spreadable fruit.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can thin it with some additional milk.
