    3-Ingredient Peach Smoothie

    By Chula King · Jul 18, 2026

If you're looking for an easy smoothie that's bursting with peach flavor, this 3-Ingredient Peach Smoothie is about as simple as it gets.

Made with frozen peaches, milk, and peach spreadable fruit, it's thick, creamy, and ready in just two minutes. There's no yogurt, no banana, and no ice. Just pure peach flavor in every sip.

    3-ingredient peach smoothie.

When I first tested this recipe, I planned to use fresh peaches. After one trip to the farmers' market and several rounds of testing, I changed my mind. Fresh peaches can be wonderful, but they're not always consistently sweet or juicy. Frozen peaches, on the other hand, are picked at peak ripeness, available year-round, and make an even creamier smoothie because they eliminate the need for ice.

It's one of those recipes that's almost effortless but tastes like you put in much more work.

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • Only three ingredients
    • Thick and creamy without adding ice, yogurt, or bananas
    • Ready in about two minutes
    • Delicious for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a light dessert
    • Easy to adapt to your favorite milk

Ingredients - Here's All You Need

One of the best things about this smoothie is that every ingredient has a purpose.

    Ingredients for peach smoothie.
    • Frozen peaches provide all the thickness and chill this smoothie needs, so there's no reason to add ice.
    • I used whole milk in this smoothie, but 2%, skim, almond, oat, or soy milk all work well.
    • Peach Spreadable Fruit is my secret ingredient. It adds subtle sweetness to the smoothie and also deepens the peach flavor.

Simple Steps to Make the Peach Smoothie

    1. Add the frozen peach slices, milk, and peach spreadable fruit to a blender.

    1. Secure the top to the blender and purée for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Blending the ingredients in the blender.
    1. Transfer the puréed mixture to glasses, and serve.
Pouring the smoothie into a glass.

    That's it!

This 3-Ingredient Peach Smoothie is proof that you don't need a long list of ingredients to make something delicious. Frozen peaches create an incredibly creamy texture, and peach fruit spread adds an extra boost of flavor, making every sip taste like summer.

Whether peaches are in season or there's a bag of frozen fruit waiting in your freezer, this easy smoothie is always just a couple of minutes away. Yum!

    PudgeFactor's Test Kitchen Tips

    • Use frozen peaches straight from the freezer. The frozen state replaces ice, which is typical of smoothies.
    • For the smoothest texture, purée for a full minute.
    • If the smoothie is thicker than you'd like, add a splash more milk and purée until thoroughly combined.
    • If you want an extra-cold smoothie, chill the glass before serving.

    In Case You Were Wondering

Can I use fresh peaches instead?

Yes, but you'll either need to add ice to achieve the same thick consistency or freeze the fresh peaches first.

Are fresh peaches easy to freeze?

Absolutely. Peel the peaches and slice them. Freeze the peaches in a single layer, and then transfer them to freezer bags for longer storage.

Can I substitute peach preserves for the peach spreadable fruit?

Peach preserves work well, although they are usually a little sweeter than peach spreadable fruit. Use good-quality peach preserves.

    Tips/Notes

    1. Avoid frozen peaches packed in syrup. They will make the smoothie too sweet.
    2. I used whole milk, but you can use 2%, skim, almond, oat, or soy milk as a substitute.
    3. I used Polaner All Fruit Peach Spreadable Fruit.
    4. You can substitute peach preserves. However, the peach preserves will likely be sweeter than the spreadable fruit.
    5. If the mixture is too thick, you can thin it with some additional milk.
