Honey-Mustard Ham and Swiss Sliders
Leftover ham isn't destined for bland sandwiches or dicey soup, it's the secret ingredient for these Honey-Mustard Ham and Swiss Sliders.

- 8 oz Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Holiday Ham, sliced thin
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 Pepperidge Farm slider buns
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
- 2 tbs honey, divided
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
Step to Make Honey-Butter Glaze
Place the unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the butter is melted.
Add the ground mustard, the poppy seeds, and honey to the melted butter. Whisk everything together to combine. Set aside until ready to use.
Step to Make Honey-Mustard Spread
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk everything together until well combined. Set aside until ready to use.
Steps to Make Honey-Mustard Ham and Swiss Sliders
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a quarter sheet pan with non-stick aluminum foil and place the bottom half of the slider buns cut side down in the center of the pan. Using a basting brush, brush the honey-mustard glaze over the bottom of the slider buns. Flip the buns over and spread a thin layer of the honey-mustard sauce onto the buns.
Place four slices of Swiss cheese on top of the bottom of the buns. Place a layer of sliced leftover Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Holiday Ham on top of the cheese. Place the remaining slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham. Then, spread honey-mustard sauce on the inside of the top half of the slider buns. Flip the buns over and brush the honey-butter glaze on the top and sides of the sliders.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ham is heated through.
Remove the sliders from the oven and place the pan on a wire rack. Transfer to a serving plate and, using a serrated knife, slice into individual sliders. Serve extra honey-mustard spread on the side and enjoy!
