- Honey-butter glaze: A glaze of melted butter, honey, ground mustard and poppy seeds adds a touch of richness and helps create a golden brown crust.
Steps to Make Honey-Butter Glaze
- Place the unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the butter is melted.
- Add the ground mustard to the melted butter.
- Next, add the poppy seeds and honey to the melted butter.
- Then, whisk everything together to combine. Set aside until ready to use.

- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise.
- Then, add the Dijon mustard.
- Next, add honey.
- Then, whisk everything together until well combined. Set aside until ready to use.

- Line a quarter sheet pan with non-stick aluminum foil and place the bottom half of the slider buns cut side down in the center of the pan. Using a basting brush, brush the honey-mustard glaze over the bottom of the slider buns.
- Then, flip the buns over.
- Spread a thin layer of the honey-mustard sauce on to the buns.
- Then, place a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the bottom of the buns.
- Next, place a layer of leftover Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Holiday Ham on top of the cheese.
- Then, place a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
- Next, spread honey-mustard sauce on the inside of the top half of the slider buns.
- After that, flip the buns over and brush the honey-butter glaze on the top and sides of the sliders.
- Bake in a 375ยฐF oven for 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ham is heated through. Then remove the sliders from the oven and them place on a wire rack.
- Then, transfer the sliders to a serving plate and, using a serrated knife, slice in between the sliders to separate. Enjoy!
