Leftover Turkey Salad

- 2 cups (8 ounces) leftover turkey, cut into cubes
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons sweet relish
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Add turkey, celery, and sweet relish to food processor fitted with steel blade. Pulse process 8 or 10 times to produce a finer chop.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers, stuffed in pita bread, etc.
Yield: 2 cups.
