Combine 1 cup sour cream and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-inch dish.
Spread sour cream/taco seasoning mixture on top of refried beans.
Spread drained salsa on top of sour cream/taco seasoning mixture.
Top with guacamole, leaving a 1-½ to 2-inch border around the dish,
Sprinkle shredded cheese around the outer edge of the dish.
Sprinkle tomatoes, olives, and green onions on top of shredded cheese.
Place the remaining sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a #4 round tip (See Tip 2).
Place a dollop of sour cream in the center of the guacamole. Pipe several circles around the center dollop.
Using a toothpick, make a spider web, starting in the center dollop and dragging it beyond the outer circle of sour cream.
Place plastic spider in the center of a spider web.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with tortilla chips.
