    Quick & Easy Mini Christmas Tree Pizzas

    Quick and Easy Mini Christmas Tree Pizzas are an adorable and perfect appetizer or light meal for your holiday gathering. They're easy to make and even more fun to eat! These festive treats are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

    Steps to Make Quick & Easy Mini Christmas Tree Pizzas

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two half-sheet pans with parchment paper and set aside. Roll out pizza dough on a pastry mat or lightly greased surface.

    1. Cut out the dough with a 4-inch Christmas Tree Cookie Cutter. Carefully transfer the cut dough to the prepared baking sheets, taking care to maintain the shape of the trees.

    1. Brush the tops of the trees with pizza sauce using a silicone basting brush.

    1. Sprinkle one to two teaspoons of Finely Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend on top of the sauce.

    1. Place five mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, leaving the top of the tree empty. Bake in a 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes.

    1. While the pizzas are baking, use a mini-star cookie cutter to cut 12 stars out of cracker-cut cheddar cheese slices. When done, remove the pizzas from the oven and immediately place a cheddar cheese star at the top of the pizza trees. Allow the pizza trees to cool slightly and the cheese to start to melt. Serve warm with a side of extra pizza sauce for dipping.

    • ½ c Mini Pepperoni (60 slices)
    • ¼ c Pizza Sauce
    • 12 slices Cracker-Cut Cheddar Cheese optional
