Ingredients – Here’s What You’ll Need
Only four ingredients are required to make this delicious thirst quencher.
You can purchase simple syrup, but it’s super easy to make. Heat ½ cup or water and ½ cup of granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. That’s it!
Prepping the Strawberry Lemon Mixture – Simple Steps
- I started by adding the fresh strawberry slices, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to my blender.
- After securing the top, I puréed the ingredients for about 30 seconds.
- I knew from experience that even with puréeing, a few bits of strawberries would remain in the liquid. Therefore, I poured the mixture into a wire mesh strainer set over a measuring cup. Then, I used a spoon to stir the mixture, leaving behind bits of strawberries. I ended up with about 1 ½ cups of the strawberry lemon mixture.
That’s it for the strawberry lemon mixture. I generally make this mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it until I’m ready to make the lemonade.
Making the Strawberry Sparkling Lemonade

- Then, I added the strawberry lemon mixture to the pitcher.
- Then, I added the sparkling water.
- After giving the Strawberry Sparkling Lemonade a good stir, I added some lemon slices and sliced strawberries.
That’s it!
