Instructions
- Drain the Rotel tomatoes in a wire mesh strainer, reserving the liquid.
- Add the cottage cheese, taco seasoning, Ranch seasoning, and reserved Rotel liquid to the food processor with a steel blade. Pulse five times to combine; scrape down the sides. Process for another 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
