Whisk together chicken broth, teriyaki sauce and corn starch for the sauce. Set aside until ready to use.
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a wok or large skillet. Add shrimp, ginger and garlic; stir to combine.
Cook shrimp, ginger and garlic over medium-high heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly until shrimp start to turn pink.
Add snow peas. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes until the snow peas are crisp tender and the shrimp are more cooked.
Add the sliced green onions to the shrimp and snow peas. Cook, stirring for 2 additional minutes until the shrimp, show peas and onions are perfectly cooked.
Add sauce. Cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the sauce is perfectly thickened and bubbly. The dish is now ready to serve.
