Breads

Making yeast bread is an immensely satisfying endeavor. Watching yeast transform simple ingredients into an amazing bread is magical. For the yeast breads, I generally but not always use my bread machine to do most of the work. Don't forget quick breads - they are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Some of my favorite yeast breads include homemade hamburger buns, crusty French bread and oat rolls. You will be amazed at how easy these delicious breads are to make and even more amazed at how good they are!
